But what helps is finding some useful suggestions to help with the resolutions that seem so out of reach. The top 3 ways to achieve your goals this 2019:
Finding out more information doesn’t always have to be from a book or webpage (although helpful), you can experience it hands-on and by leaders of the industry that #thrive in providing everyone with the #knowledge to use for themselves in their daily lives! Going to courses, expos or even open forums gives everyone a way to educate themselves at their own leisure! This is always a great way to meet new people who have the same interests in what you have and in teaching you about things you necessarily wouldn’t stumble across on your own.

Remind yourself that the ultimate goal (of your goals…) is to benefit you and your life! Yes… it may be rough at first, but always keep your mind focused on what CAN BE and most importantly WILL BE once you are the master of yourself!
Here are some ways to refocus:
Remind yourself that you can DO THIS. Shia LaBeouf said it best…If you have no clue what I am talking about, then you should probably watch this.
- That hairstyle Shia is sportin’ is not needed to achieve the ‘do it’ philosophy by the way… Just a keen attitude and positive thinking!
Just as a standard life lesson, small #goals are easier to achieve then lengthy complex ones!
- Start small and increase as needed, almost like baking a cake (add ingredients one at a time!) .. whoops we mentioned cake
Keep a journal of your daily intake
- Whether that is fitness, health, or just experience (life diary?) This will help you in your future reflection of what worked and what needs to be tweaked in order to work better!
Know that it is okay to make mistake along the way.. as long as you know mistakes make progress/growth!
- Beating yourself up for a slip-up will only make you feel worse, remind yourself of your goals and get back on track! See the ‘Field Day’ section below to help with this if it happens!
Find someone to help you attain those goals!
- A partner, a parent, a sibling or even a co-worker! Everything is better accomplished with a friend…. why not help each other, while you are helping yourself?
HAVE A FIELD DAY:
Okay, don’t actually go out into a field and stay there…but have a day to yourself that reflects upon the hard work you have #accomplished. If your goal is to get active, go for a hike on a nice day and bring a celebratory food item! If your goal is to save money, set small goals (no unnecessary spending for 2 weeks) and then buy yourself something small to appreciate what you have worked so hard for! This is positive reinforcement, and it helps to keep you on track!
‘Cheat day’ is a negative connotation, you just need to praise yourself with something that doesn’t break your goals, but still fits inside the barriers of exciting. E.g. Hike to the top, see the view …have that cookie!
LAST BUT NOT LEAST… GET INSPIRED:
